B.A. Saint-Feline, a Florida-based "psychic advisor" of little note, has been plagued by a series of nightmares about a city in chaos. She began recording these dreams in the spring of 2007 through a series of personal ads placed in the "Missed Connections" section of Craigslist. Her nightmare world is shared by other Dreamers, some of which (like Devon Conrad) see her as a prophetic figure. In October 2007, B.A. Saint-Feline visited with Sentries, Devon and other Dreamers in the National Radio Quiet Zone before deciding to stay alone to face The Scream, an event that produced strange corruptions to her website
