Research Abstract

A long-extinct 16th century Romanian cult of revolting reputation, Chorazos became synonymous with “horrible cult” even into today’s tabloid sensationalism. The Sentries began to uncover evidence of a modern Chorazos cult in 2007: nightmares of B.A. Saint-Feline, references in hacked servers and malware, and a hard drive (the Trussed Swan) recovered from a cult ritual in Atlanta. Deceased Sentry Kevin Cosby recalled attending a Chorazos event, Sentry Howard Philips mentioned they were rumored by the tabloids to have been involved in the Taylor Run incident and Devon Conrad has admitted to being a low-level member of the Cult. We are unsure of their motives or the extent of their organization, but one name seems to be closely tied to Chorazos: the mysterious Spukhafte Fernwirkung.

Speculation

The Chorazos Cult has historically been tied to rituals involving Yog-Sothoth, whose name has also appeared among documents tied to the modern Chorazos.
