Research Abstract

Sentry Arthur Lydney implied in email in November 2007 that he was a member of this organization and that eXu's questions about the "corpses of monsters" was his cover being blown: the organization's motto, bestia somes ostendo sum verum, provides the answer ("the corpse of the beast reveals the truth".) Similar discoveries of the phrase "Nodens" among the text of security consulting company Forsythe Security leads us to believe it is a front for the real activities of the organization. A third century A.D. temple to Mars-Nodens built in Roman Britain was discovered in the 1920s, but the connection to this modern organization is unknown.

Speculation

The behavior of Arthur Lydney and Peter Severn is consistent with what we know of The Edict, suggesting the group is associated with The Council.
