Research Abstract

A small but respected private university named after the Miskatonic River, which flows through the town of Arkham, popularized by the "weird fiction" of H.P. Lovecraft, but seen as a ridiculous stereotype by the university. In 1999, graduate student Howard Philips is removed at the last minute from the Taylor Run expedition and becomes swept into the media speculation of the "Miskatonic Massacre".

Speculation

Two of Howard's former professors, Dr. U. and Dr. Elizabeth Riley, seem intensely interested in those events to this day.
